I just wanted to give Transcend some kudos on the packaging of this card. The card I got was in a paperboard holder with a plastic see-through middle. You simply pull gently on the card and it tears wide open across a perforated seam. The plastic center was held sandwiched between the layers of paperboard. The inner plastic was held together with a slight snap and popped right open.
The card was well packed, nicely displayed, used a minimum of materials and was not only easy to open, but easy to recycle, as the plastic and paper were in no way attached.
Amazon has been talking about their desire to improve packaging. Please pay attention to the good job that Transcend has done on making functional, customer-friendly and recycling-friendly packaging.
