I own 8GB, 4GB, and 2GB Lexar pro cards. I stick with the 8GB cards in the D300s because of the camera's high FPS ability. With the camera's buffering capability and the speed of the 8GB pro card I've yet to experience the slightest delay in continuous shooting at high shutter speeds.
